  • Eden Tigers: When it comes to silverware, the Tigers are royalty. Boasting a massive 14 first-grade titles, they are always the team to beat. Their lair at George Brown Memorial Oval is a tough place for any visiting side.
  • Merimbula-Pambula Bulldogs: Formed in 1975, the "Dogs" are a powerhouse club with a massive heart. 2023 Premiers, they play out of the Pambula Sporting Complex and never give up on a play.
  • Cooma Stallions: Galloping down from the high country with incredible fury. Based at the Cooma Showground, they are three-time premiers (1984, 1994, 2017) and are especially dangerous in the chilly mountain air.
  • Bombala Blue Heelers: These boys come from the cold country but play with fire in their bellies. With 6 Group titles, the Blue Heelers are synonymous with toughness.
  • Narooma Devils: The Devils play out of Bill Smythe Memorial Oval with a fan base that never stops cheering. With 6 titles to their name, they know exactly what it takes to reach the summit.
  • Moruya Sharks: The Sharks have been circling success since 1925. With 5 modern-era titles, they are a threat to anyone at Ack Weyman Oval.
  • Tathra Sea Eagles: Flying high over Lawrence Park, the Sea Eagles proved they have claws with their 2019 premiership.
