Tickets should only be resold or transferred through Rugby Australia or its ticketing agents’ authorised ticket resale platforms. Authorised resale platforms will be available in 2025.

Viagogo, The Ticket Merchant, eBay, Gumtree, and Facebook Marketplace are and will not be authorised resale platforms.

Tickets must not be resold or transferred for more than 10% above the original cost. Any tickets resold or transferred in breach of relevant State or Federal law may be cancelled.

There are risks associated with selling or purchasing through unauthorised resale platforms which may include:

• Tickets purchased through unofficial channels are not guaranteed access to any match of The Lions Series 2025™ and Rugby Australia and the match venues are under no obligation to honour tickets purchased from unauthorised re-sellers if they turn out not to be valid.
• Compensation such as a refund will not be available from Rugby Australia or the relevant ticketing provider (unless otherwise required under applicable laws). All refund requests for tickets purchased through unauthorised agencies should be directed to the unauthorised agency from whom they were purchased.
• Tickets may be void or cancelled where they are in breach of the Rugby Australia Ticket & Entry Terms and Conditions, the Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale or Ticketmaster Purchase Policy. 

All ticket sales are final — tickets will not be refunded or exchanged except in accordance with the Rugby Australia Ticket & Entry Terms and Conditions.
